P-223-e

                  M A T E R I A L - D A T A S H E E T

P-223   M A R B L E - P O L I S H

Brief instructions :
                                  01.01.10
Add approx. 150 ml P-223 Marble Polish to 8 l cleaning water
or
apply twice without diluting in order to form a protective coating.

Features :
P-223 Marble Polish provides a thin protective coating on the natural stone surface, thus making it less susceptible to stains and improving the maintenance capacity.
P-223 Marble Polish protects the stone substance from heavy wear on sensitive types of marble or terrazzo and in heavy traffic areas.

Contents :
Polymer wax, polyacrylate resins.

Application :
P-223 Marble Polish is added to the washing water to provide regular treatment (150 ml of P-223 for 8 l of water). The first time it is used, P-223 should be applied, without being diluted, in a very thin, even coat using a wax applicator.
The cleaning water should be changed after approx. 40 m² of the floor have been treated, to avoid dirt being re-deposited on other areas. Do not walk on the floor during drying (approx. 10 minutes).

Technical data :
GGVS: no hazardous product.
Application temperature: > +5°C
Dry storage: +5°C minimum.

Defects after application :
If blisters appear on the natural stone surface, it means that too much product was applied or it was applied unevenly.

Indications :
If P-223 Marble Polish is applied regularly to form a protective coating on areas not subject to heavy traffic, the coat will progressively thicken and become unsightly. If this happens, it should be removed using R-255 Marble Cleaner.

In the case of alternative use of P-223 Marble Polish and P-224 Stone Care (once / every three times), the protective coat will not become too thick and has not to be removed too soon.

Safety in the work place :     environmental protection :
No particular protective measures are required.
Small residual quantities left in the tin containers are left to dry in and the solid content is then disposable via the household refuse.

Storage stability:                 Coverage:                      Drying time :
approx. 2 years                                                               approx. 10 minutes
